Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Executive Director to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead commercial activities with existing clients and acquire new ones. You will strategically leverage technology, user experience, and design to help our clients achieve customer-led growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients, advocate for their needs, and ensure exceptional service.
• Drive current client engagements and develop new business.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing actionable digital strategies.
• Oversee the delivery of next-generation user experiences and ensure the successful implementation of bespoke technical solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Work directly with our top clients, driving daily client consulting and implementing cutting-edge marketing technology strategies.
• Have direct control over project budgets, accounts, and processes while collaborating with fellow NoA Ignite design, data, and technology specialists.
• Take full responsibility for client management and deliveries.
• Connect data, analytics, and technology to strategy.
• Lead the agency to winning new business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roles similar to a Client Director, Sales Lead, Commercial Director, or related positions within a digital agency or consultancy.
• Strong background in digital design, marketing technology, digital solutions, or related fields.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and consulting skills.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate client goals into actionable plans.
• A deep understanding of digital trends, marketing technology platforms, and technologies.
