About the Role

We’re looking for a technically exceptional Senior .NET/C# Developer who is just as confident discussing solutions with clients as they are writing elegant, maintainable code. Experience with Umbraco or other .NET-based CMS platforms is a plus, but deep curiosity and a willingness to learn matter more.

As part of our growing tech team, you’ll play a central role in elevating our .NET capabilities and strengthening our Umbraco offering. You’ll work closely with clients, strategists, designers, and developers to deliver digital experiences that are both robust and delightful.

Beyond hands-on development, you will have the opportunity to:

·       Shape the strategic direction of our .NET and Umbraco practice

·       Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients

·       Influence our internal development standards and best practices

·       Help upskill the team and mentor colleagues

What We're Looking For

Technical Excellence

·       Strong expertise in .NET/C# and modern web development practices

·       Experience with Umbraco or eagerness to become an in-house expert

·       Ability to architect scalable, maintainable solutions

·       Comfort working with APIs (GraphQL, REST), cloud platforms, and modern deployment pipelines

Client-Facing Communication

·       Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance

·       Confidence in workshops, technical discussions, and ongoing client collaboration

·       Proactive mindset in identifying opportunities and advising clients on best-fit solutions

Collaboration & Leadership

·       Strong communication and teamwork skills

·       Experience mentoring or supporting the growth of other developers

·       Adaptability and a positive, problem-solving attitude

·       Curiosity for emerging technologies and enthusiasm for continuous learning
